We are now looking for a Nordic Key Account Manager to join Kässbohrer and strengthen their market share in the Nordic countries. About the role

As Key Account Manager you will have the responsibility for business development in the Nordic market by develop sales of our products to direct customers. You will build and maintain business relationships with potential customers in the region in order to strengthen Kässbohrer 's brand awareness and market share. You will be working from your home office and report to the Head of Key Account Management based in Germany. Your employment will start by attending our introduction program at our headquarter in Goch, Germany.

Areas of responsibilities:

• Personally manage the accounts of the Nordic market .
• Be fully responsible for all sales activities of Kässbohrer in cooperation with the Head of Key Account Management
• Research the markets of the territory and report to the Head of Key Account Management.
• Develop new markets and new distribution channels and win new customers.
• Grow Kässbohrer sales and share of market within the Nordic region
• Manage the Key Account strategy for the Nordic market
• Take part in negotiations and develop relationships with potential customers.

Qualifications

We preferably look for a person with a minimum of 7 years working experience within B2B sales management, preferably within semi-trailer/heavy commercial vehicle market or logistics. You should have very good commercial skill and experience with networking within your field. To be successful in this role you should also have;

• Strong negotiation skills with strategic accounts and high internal exposure.
• Relevant degree within sales, marketing or engineering.
• Fluency in Swedish and preferably another Nordic language.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong track record within B2B-sales of establish new customer relationships.
• You have a willingness to travel to customers within the Nordic Region.

Since you will be working independently your ability to be self-driven is crucial. We are looking for someone highly targeted oriented with a great sense of responsibility, flexibility and drive to increase market shares in the Nordic market. You must be an excellent negotiator and communicator. Your analytical skill is also important as you will be mapping and developing new sales opportunities by analyse customer data base together with the Head of Key Account Management. You must have a high level of initiative and creative thinking. You are positive, outgoing, dynamic and tend to cooperate. Primarily we are looking for someone who we believe has great potential and who is interested in professional opportunities in a worldwide expanding company.
