Administrate computers, smartphones and related IT equipment
Plan and execute on IT projects with wide variety of scope together with other departments
Follow standard way of working according to set guidelines and routines.
Work with incidents, requests and staff changes and complete them to set deadlines
Give excellent support via ServiceNow, mail, telephone and face2face

With technical interest and basic technical knowledge

The Global IT Helpdesk-team in Sweden is looking for new members to strengthen its current team of 50 agents. The position is based in Stockholm and includes helping all our office-, warehouse- and call center-users worldwide with IT-related questions and support in accordance with our Incident Management process.
