We are looking for a star to the Analytics and Planning team within Service Center at Klarna. We are rapidly expanding into new markets and continuously growing in our existing markets. Therefore we need to increase our capabilities and hire a dedicated Real-Time Analyst.

As a Real-Time Analyst you will be responsible for monitoring our daily delivery, creating reports, and system administration. You will have a close dialogue with managers within Service Center and with our outsourcing partner. You will also drive improvement projects and be the expert resource for new call center technologies.

To fit the job you are very accurate and have an eye for details. You most probably have experience from, and like working with, call center related systems and analysis of call center delivery.

Meritable Qualifications

• Call center and/or work force management experience
• Experience from independently driving projects and initiatives
• System administration experience, specifically call center related systems
• Excellent excel skills
• SQL and database experience is very meritable
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills are required
