Your Mission
As a Junior Project Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and implementing a strategic project portfolio plan.
You will develop and maintain the "Project Portfolio Management Process," setting the criteria for evaluating projects and portfolios, and compiling and distributing portfolio analytics, status reports, and budget and cost data.

Monitoring progress, budgets, and schedules will be essential to ensure that all portfolios align with our overall strategic objectives. You will interact directly with the project managers and support them with their project planning, follow up and reporting.
Your analytical skills will support you in helping Project Managers identify risks and recommend mitigations to keep everything on track.

Your Profile
You bring at least 3 years of experience managing project portfolios and have successfully implemented processes and tools. You are knowledgeable about Agile ways of working and Waterfall.
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for managing a portfolio of sub-portfolios and projects, ensuring the delivery of organizational goals and objectives.

Effective communication will be crucial, as you'll interact with stakeholders including Process and Application Managers, Councils, IT Boards, Project Managers and resource owners to keep everyone informed and aligned.

Monitor project progress, conduct quality reviews, ensure adherence to standards and generate project status reports and maintain project documentation.
You're a self-starter, capable of working independently, but also a strong team player.

You thrive in both tactical and strategic environments, actively engaging in activities that lead to continuous improvement.
