hela Sverige 1. Day-to-day activities:
• Recruitment: with the help of a senior recruiter, plan and execute large volume of processes at all levels. The vacancies are scattered throughout the Nordic region, so a number of travels to various sites across the Nordic region as well as episodic international travel may be required
• Administration: Conduct payroll, review variable policy with the business managers, interface with external payroll advisor, draft contracts and legal documents, update employees' database, on-boarding procedure... Ensure Compliance with Nordic legislation and internal policies
• Reporting: Ensure up to date and accurate statistics are maintained, send monthly Kpis reports to regional HR management
• Year-end compensation process: explanation and policy review, comparison with market practices, advice on compensation distribution, reporting and comparisons
• Identification of key training and development needs: Coordinate with Europe Training Specialist to organize those useful training plans for the Nordic team
2. Organisation evolution
• Active role in the organization: Participate in planning and implementing necessary reorganizations of departments, including communication plan, key people retention plans, individual and collective labor implications, risk assessment...
• Implement policies with the CM in every country in the Nordics to invigorate employee branding.
• Disagreements and controversies: Act as an intermediary in professional controversies helping parties to find out a solution; advise the company, with the necessary external support, in case of legal disputes
• Succession plans: Determine key position definitions & content to determine the right position grades and ensure a quick substitution
• Retention plans: Carry out and analys exit processes to detect organization issues and implement retention plans
3. Strategic HR plans
• Talent retention & development including early identification of emerging talent; identification and development of the managerial layer as the organization grows
• Performance appraisals: Provide robust performance management expertise and assistance to support the business strategy and the business plans; ensure the involvement of the managers to the performance appraisal process (completion, consistent fulfillment...) and implement and follow-up the required action plans according to the results
• Performance appraisals: roll out and follow-up of monthly Sales score rating, Retail score rating, and other appraisals plans that may be pertinent to implement so as to have a global overview of the performance of the staff.
• Identify key HR activities to support the business strategy and the business plans.
You will be in regular interaction with HR teams in various geographies and accountable for integrating global HR processes on site
You will also be in charge of briefing the local team regularly on the business performance, progress vs. forecasted plans and review key priorities in general. Your role will imply to clarify expectations from the business and prioritize the work as well as help putting local business unit requirements in context to provide appropriate HR service.
We're looking for an HR BP for our Nordic subsidiary who will be in charge of applying the HR strategy in alignment with the regional HR policies and act as a partner with the business in accordance with the priorities defined by the local business managers.
This individual will be responsible for the operation in the whole Nordic region, currently totaling around 100 employees and keep on growing. The encouraging growth expectations for the next months and years are originating numerous HR activities and challenges. The role of the HR BP is to ensure that the Nordic business Operation has a global support across all areas from the HR Dpt.
