How will you make an impact:
At Nibiru, you will be a pivotal part of the team by creating the foundation of satisfied customers. Ensuring excellent service standards, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and problem solving comes naturally to you.

Key responsibilities:

• Work strategically and operationally with our global community.
• Support customers through different channels such as Discord, messaging, e-mails and via social media.
• Proactively resolve any emerging problems that our community might face with accuracy and efficiency.
• Create and organize FAQs, tutorials, and Knowledge Center by gathering information, feedback, and questions from the community.
• Develop social strategies together with the Customer Support Team to communicate and foster both internal and external relationships.
• Provide a broad and well-established knowledge center, and integrate Machine Learning/AI to handle high amount of inbound tickets.

Your Qualifications:

• Possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with different systems and practices to handle customer support.
• Customer orientation, ability to adapt/respond to different types of scenarios.
• Confident at troubleshooting and investigating information to answer and resolve questions.
• Ability to connect analytical social data and relate it to developing working methods.
• Experience leading your own team of customer support or other relevant skills.
• Working fluency in English.

It would be nice if you also:

• Knowledgeable within the gaming industry and/or a gamer.
• Possess some knowledge about Blockchain, Crypto and NFTs.

This is a full time position based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months of probationary employment.
