Job Description
You will be an active part in setting up the Helsingborg office, where you will work close to the Financial/Administrative accountant. It's a broad role which will let you develop in many different areas.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Purchasing
You ensure that stock levels are optimised to meet up with the customers demand.
• Accounting
You assist in the work with accounts payable and accounts receivable, and might also act as contact for the auditors if necessary.
• Reporting
You work with both financial and non-financial reporting to the German headquarters.
• Customer Service
You are the backoffice contact for the customers, dealing with product related queries and other questions.
Eventually, as you grow more experienced, you might also take up responsibilities related to product management.
Who are you?
We believe you at least have an upper secondary school degree. You are in the beginning of your career, where this might be your second or third job, and experience from the tasks above are considered an advantage. A high level in English is required and proficiency in German is a plus.
You are in general computer literate, and experience from SAP is positive.
As a person you are thorough, efficient and committed to a high level of service. You have an eye for details and address your work in a pro-active way. Initially there will be some travel related to training.
