hela Sverige Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a proven track record in implementing Vendor Managed Service (VMS) systems? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to lead Electrolux's implementation project when switching from their current VMS solution to a new and improved SaaS solution.
OM TJÄNSTEN
As the IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving this implementation project forward. Your expertise in managing complex IT projects and your in-depth knowledge of VMS systems will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless transition to the new SaaS solution. This is an excellent chance to showcase your skills and contribute to a significant transformation within Electrolux.
You will be working closely with internal stakeholders from various departments, locations, and levels within the organization, as well as the external vendor's project team. Your role will require aligning business and non-functional requirements among stakeholders and incorporating them into the project scope. To ensure that business and non-functional requirements are properly represented, you will build strong connections with the internal core and extended project team. By keeping everyone on track with project developments, you will foster a cohesive and productive work environment.
ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Work tasks
• Oversee the entire implementation project, from planning to execution and beyond
• Understand the current solution's setup and interfaces to other systems
• Work closely and coordinate with all internal stakeholders from various departments, as well as the external vendor and their project team
• Ensure deliverables and execution adhere to defined project timeline and budget
• Attend regular stand-up calls/status check meetings with vendor project team to track project progress
• Provide weekly reports on the project status to internal core project team
• Keep detailed and structured documentation
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the implementation process
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• You who are fluent in English - since it's used daily
• You who have a bachelors or master's degree within a relevant area
• Knowledge within P2P/VMS/Workday systems
• Expert knowledge of hybrid project management principles and practices
• A proven track record of successfully running SaaS solutions implementation projects on enterprise level
• Solid understanding of software development and implementation process
• Experience overseeing multi-functional project teams with members located globally
• Knowledge of and experience in using Project Management tools
It is meritorious if you have
• Language: Swedish
As a person, you work pro-active with a strong drive. You are collaborative, with excellent written and oral communication skills to facilitate communication cross-functionally on various levels within the organization, both with business and IT stakeholders, and externally with the vendor's project team. We also look for strong analytical and planning skills as well as outstanding organizational skills.
Additional information
• Start: As soon as possible
• Work extent: Part time, 8.00-17.00
• Location: Stadshagen, but with a possibility to work partly remote
