You will be responsible for support and maintenance of the IT equipment in the local factory plant. Work description
As a IT support technician, you will join the Onsite support team, in our client's factory plant in Köping. The team works closely with the production environment to make sure that the IT equipment in the factory is up and running. Your primary work will consist of supporting and do preventive maintenance of the IT equipment in the local plant. All the activities are carried out in close contact with the company's customers.
Some of the activities you will be working with are:
* Dispatch incoming task ensuring correct use of the company 's security policies and raise security issues where discovered
* Configuration and installation of factory equipment
* Support and problem solving of factory equipment
* Preventive maintenance
* Responsible for 2:nd line and final solution
* Participate in projects meetings driven by the customer
* OnCall and precheck included, outside office time
Assignment start date: immediately
Assignment length: until 16/12-2018
Working hours: 07-17, Monday-Friday
Location: Köping
Who are you?
For this role we are looking for you who has a minimum of three years' experience from working with technical support in a production environment. You have excellent knowledge of computer hardware and software and knowledge of LAN and WAN communications. It is meritorious if you have experience from working in projects and knowledge about AD, PC equipment in factory environment and Forklift PC hardware and software. You also have good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
As a person you are service minded, positive and enjoys working in teams. You are proactive and have a structured approach to your work. At last you also have the ability to see improvements and to analyze and solve problems.
The role includes some traveling and therefore you need to have a driving license B.
