hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Tvns Scandinavia AB i Malmö Leading direct response company seeks IT Support Coordinator located in Malmö Sweden, with at least three years of experience in the E-Commerce arena, to join our IT Team and provide day-to-day application support for our European markets.
Experience with PHP, CakePHP, MySQL is mandatory. Good PHP specific testing & debugging skills are also mandatory. The job involves testing & limited maintenance of the proprietary e-commerce front-end and back-end systems.
The incumbent will assume a Super User role for all of the business application systems (proprietary developed and/or supplied by various industry recognized vendors) & ensure a proper usage-training is provided to all business users in multiple locations within multiple European countries.
The successful candidate will be a likeable individual, who is energetic, assertive, motivated, self-starter - focused on customers with exceptional service oriented IT skills.

Responsibilities:
Working within an enterprise IT team located in North America, the candidate will:
• Participate in the design and development of technology solutions, from a Business Analyst perspective
• Understand business priorities and act as champion to ensure end-to-end issue resolution and change implementation, involving both business and IT
• Under minimal supervision, conduct test verification and document test cases
• Complete system and architecture documentation and reflect local customization, when applicable
• Participate in performance tuning
• Conduct new business process walk-throughs of changed/new business processes, involving application of IT solution
• Provide production support including pager and onsite / after-hours support
Requirements:
• Technology Skills augmented with Business Acumen and Relationship Management Skills
• In depth knowledge of CakePHP Framework and Web-Based Technologies including XML, SOAP, and Webservices.
• Browser Technologies: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome & Safari.
• Operating Systems & related skills: Unix & related scripting languages.
• Database knowledge: MySQL.
• Email marketing tools: EmailVision.
• Business Intelligence & reporting tools: QlikView.
• Design Tools: UML.
• Business Analysis & Business Process Mapping: Visio & other MS Office Documentation tools.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of professionals.
• Demonstrated professionalism with the drive to own the problem until resolution.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadline & pressure with limited supervision.
• Ability to multitask effectively and willingness to learn and apply new skills.
• Well-developed organization/time management skills and good judgment in order to multi-task.
