This is the team "Order to delivery IT" speaking to you. We are a department that serves the global Production and Logistics organisation with digital tools to enable them to reach their business and digitalization targets e.g. E-mobility, production hub in China and general productivity increases. We are going through a growth transformation and have just set up a new team focusing on Industrial Maintenance processes. We are now looking for a Service Manager to join our awesome team!

More about our group and the team
The group Industrial Maintenance IT is an emerging team that has the mission to accelerate the business transformation and development of Scania Industrial Maintenance in Södertälje by securing daily business operations, breaking-down barriers, and making digitalization a reality. By being close to the daily operations we fully understand what is crucial to our colleagues within the workshops and Scania facilities and can judge the impact of new solutions and how they should be implemented.
As our Service Manager, you will take responsibility for one of our biggest Industrial Maintenance applications, used by 500 people worldwide daily. This is a great opportunity and a big responsibility. You will of course not be alone, in the team you will find great colleagues, including our Business Analyst and Solution Architect, with whom you will work in close collaboration.
What you will do
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our service management system. You will be responsible for a range of tasks that contribute to the success of Industrial Maintenance and other stakeholders. Here's a glimpse of what your daily work tasks will entail:
• Ensure that service roadmaps are kept up to date, in a state of continual refinement and in alignment with business needs. You will also be responsible for communication of the roadmaps' progress and status to important stakeholders.
• Plan, deliver and optimize the services to meet customer's needs. It includes designing services, delivering them efficiently, managing operations, providing support, and continually improving service quality.
• Together with the group and our partners manage recurring meetings, SLA (Service Level Agreement) reviews and customer reporting, and take appropriate action if deviations are encountered
• Drive and ensure successful vendor, contract and license management for the service
• Ensure efficient coordination, investigations, diagnosis and solution identification for service related problems together with internal and external parties
Your profile
You don't have to check all the bullets below to fit in, but if you can, that's of course a bonus.
• You have a university degree in IT or equivalent work experience
• You have several years of proven leadership experience such as Service Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Maintenance Manager (swedish: systemförvaltare), Project Leader, Scrum Master, or a similar role.
• You can express yourself fluently in English in both speech and writing
• It is an advantage if you have experience with IBM Maximo MAS as well as experience in developing the service management & delivery area and agile methods
As a person you possess a collaborative nature and excellent interpersonal skills, while also delivering independently, engaging in responsive and agile interactions. You show accountability and integrity in your actions and decisions and can adopt an agile mindset in the service management & delivery area. You have high conceptual skills, take initiative and have a problem-solving mindset. You can easily adapt to new situations and thrive in a changing environment. Furthermore, you are a driving force in improvement work, both within your role but also cross-functionally.
