Organisation & Role
The IT Project Manager role is a key role in the Product Sourcing team, instated to develop and drive the IT roadmap that will bring us closer towards product sourcing excellence. Key responsibilities will be to coordinate and manage various strategic IT transformation projects within Product Sourcing, for example: OEM end-2-end supply chain systems, reporting digitalization, big data analytics as well as sustainability tracking systems.
The position will report to the Product Sourcing Controller.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to facilitate execution of the key IT projects
• Identify interdependencies between different sourcing functions and the commercial business areas, and ensure future alignment and cooperation is achieved in the key IT projects
• Drive analysis and produce proposals/business cases for various IT projects
• Remove roadblocks in teams and projects, to enable change
• Organize/facilitate workshops and team sessions
• Manage project scopes, plans and timelines, and track changes/deviations
• Act as the overall responsible project manager for some of the IT projects
Qualifications:
• Academic degree in IT, Business, Engineering or similar
• 5 to 8 years of experience from IT implementations in an international company
• Solid experience of agile program/project management in the operations (especially sourcing) and/or finance area
• Digital Mindset and a promoter of standardization and simplification
• Experience from interacting and cooperating with stakeholders from all levels, from a multitude of functions and geographies
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
