Focusing on HVAC system products and systems for buildings through representation in Asia, Europe and the US, the Air Climate Systems (ACS) business addresses the Air Climate market segment on a worldwide basis. The ACS business includes production plants in Seoul, New Deli, US and Sweden (Jönköping & Enköping) and sales units in a further 11 countries.
The mission of the Fläkt Woods IT organization is to provide a best-of breed portfolio of standard systems and configuration tools that optimally support customer requirements, common business processes and best practices. To this end, we are looking to recruit an IT Project Manager.
Tasks
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and supporting the implementation of systems and tools according to requirements defined by the business, initially AX Dynamics across the Swedish organization with go-live Jan 1, 2013 and with the long-term responsibility of driving and supporting the implementation of systems and tools globally across the business. Stakeholder management, project planning and governance, providing relevant training and instructions to end users and contributing to the fulfillment of corporate visions and goals are key elements of the role.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should have a university degree (engineer, systems analyst or equivalent), a proven track record of complex project and stakeholder management, documented experience of ERP implementation (preferably MS AX Dynamics), MS .NET, MS SQL Server and MS Biztalk. Previous experience of working in multicultural environments and excellent written and spoken Swedish and English are important. The successful candidate should be a doer who is accustomed to working hands-on. It is important to have strong, social and communication skills together with leadership qualities. The successful candidate should be detail-orientated whilst maintaining focus on long-term goals and feel as comfortable in discussing business issues as he/she is in solving systems-related challenges.
