Then this could be something for you! We are now looking for a IT Product Owner-Linux Platform for Axis Communications to join the IT Platform team within our Information Systems organization.
Who is your future team?
This is a new role within our information system department. As for now you will a part of our IT Platform Team who is responsible for Axis global IT infrastructure. You will work closely with other stakeholders and managers to get input on capabilities needed in the different parts of the organization. It is important for you to understand the different applications and their needs, and you must be able to communicate with all areas of the company.
What you'll do here as a IT Product Owner-Linux Platform?
As IT Product Owner Linux Platform at Axis Communications, you will focus on all aspects of research, design, implementation, administration, continuous improvement, and partner relationship management related to Linux & Open source Community and services required to support business processes and applications across the Axis organization. The ultimate goal of this position is establishing effective, scalable, and sustainable Linux environment.
As IT Product Owner-Linux Platform you will have a high focus on understanding the needs of the organization and the solutions in the market. You will recommend how to implement new capabilities, and together with our highly skilled development and IT infrastructure teams make it happen. In this role it is important to follow market trends, maintain good relationship with customers external and internal, understanding the needs and priorities of the organization and based on that develop roadmaps for the responsibility area.
High level list of responsibilities:
* Contribute to Axis Communications strategy as well as execution roadmap(s) from a Linux infrastructure technology standpoint
* Design, visualize, document, and communicate established central infrastructural capabilities, platforms, and services
* Drive the strategic and tactical vision with suppliers and partners
* Monitor trends and innovations within technical responsibility
Job Requirements:
* Deep knowledge in Linux
* Architectural knowledge for Linux
* Experience of common Linux infrastructure applications
* Good understanding of Linux based infrastructure
* Monitoring
* Log management
* Configuration Management
* Cloud infrastructure
* Proven ability to present complex data in a visual format that is intuitive

Furthermore, we believe you have:
* A pedagogic approach, both spoken and written, when explaining technical matters
* A deep understanding of technical matters
* Experience from working in development projects
* Excellent English skills, written and verbal
* Swedish language skills: not essential, but a distinct advantage
