We are now looking for an IT Operations Manager to join the Group IT team located at HQ in Malmö!
About the job
In this position you will be responsible for Hilding Anders International's IT Operations, Service Delivery, Support, as well as Architecture and IT Security. A majority of the IT services and IT Operations are outsourced and managed by external suppliers. Right now, we are working on the next generation of IT Operations supporting future business needs. On this journey you will have great opportunities to influence your role and implement the future IT Operations delivery.
Areas of responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for the IT Operations and Architecture based on a Hybrid Cloud environment.
* Develop and direct long term IT Operations strategy
* Responsible for Support, Service Desk and SPOC capability
* Responsible for IT security. Develop, implement and follow up the IT security strategy.
* Develop and implement common standards, procedures, best practices and business procedures
* Lead the IT roadmap and maintenance of IT Service catalogue including Life Cycle
* Vendor management and negotiation
* Lead and ensure a motivated, capable and effective IT Operations team
* Act as internal technical consultant/resource in projects and daily business including hands-on related tasks as necessary.
* Develop and maintain working relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders across the IT-organisation ensuring that IT solutions and services are addressing the business requirements.
Who are you
You have a relevant education background within the IT field and a minimum of five years' experience in Technical IT Operations. You have, through knowledge and experience, built a professional view on how to successfully run IT Operations and transition projects. You can operate multiple tasks at the same time, prioritize the daily work, and can be relied upon to follow through on commitments. You are proactive and used to work result-orientated to achieve goals, you have an extensive IT technical knowledge and experience of WAN in a Global context. You have a strong and clear leadership with a high working capacity, as well as experience of change management including people, processes and culture. As a person you have a "can-do" attitude and can be relied upon to follow-through on commitments. You are analytic, understand the dynamic of the business, and have an operational approach in you work. You are self-motivated, prestigeless, and a team player who thrives in a fast paced environment.
You are fluent in English and Swedish (reading, speaking and writing).
Having a background from manufacturing and/or retail and ITIL certification is meritorious.
Occasional travel is required.
