About the job:

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You are the face out towards all of the companies customers and will handle the first point of contact regarding all IT matters in a very customer friendly way. You are expected to make the users feel taken care of and to solve matters, answers question and guide them and escalate issues in the best possible way.

• Provide end user support over phone, email and with other agreed systems
• Monitor, handle and follow up support cases from end users in ITSM tool
• Troubleshooting software/OS/connectivity
• Administrate cases within the ITSM-tool
• Suggest continuing service improvement within Service Desk organization to End User Team Lead

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• Experience with support and troubleshooting in a Windows based environment.
• Experience in supporting commonly known software (MS Office Suite)
• Experience within first line support
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent mindset of customer handling
• Fluent in Swedish and English

Start: Desired availability 1st of January 2024.

Salary: According to the agreement
