We are now searching for an IT JAVA Developer for the company, to be based in our Swedish office, located in Sundbyberg. The company language is English. Fluency in Swedish is welcome; fluency in other European languages is considered a plus.

Employment function:
As part of our expansion, you will be heavily involved in the software development life cycle of new products for the European Railway market. Development duties will involve meetings in Sweden for defining the development, applying test cases to the development, developing software code. The development will be within a JAVA environment, using Eclipse.
Required personal attributes:
• Knowledge of (in any combination): JBoss AS, JBoss Messaging, JBoss ESB, JBoss SEAM
• Knowledge of Hibernate
• Knowledge of Eclipse
• Proficiency with software development cycles
• You should be able to work independently, assume responsibility and cooperate with your colleagues and with customers throughout Europe
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude are also essential
• You are a fast and independent learner who can both lead and be led
Desired personal attributes:
• Knowledge in software development and design based mostly on JAVA development products, especially for web-based environments
• A knowledge of SOA is an advantage
Education/experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical degree
• Between 3-5 years of proven software development experience after academic study within a JAVA environment
• Experience in medium-large scale logistics web-based IT systems is an advantage
