Your future team
Axis is a growing company with around 4700 employees around the world. Our IT systems and services are important tools when we support our company. Our IT Helpdesk team is responsible for delivering internal IT support to all our colleagues in Sweden. In addition, there are a number of Helpdesk contacts in our subsidiaries around the world, that we are responsible for, and we are acting as a sounding board.
The team is a happy and unpretentious that works together to provide excellent service in both handling and technical issues. At IT Helpdesk, our focus areas are 100 % user satisfaction by striving for short response times for our users and professional treatment. We consist of 40 dedicated and professional colleagues who are divided into 6 different functional teams:
* Windows
* Linux
* Mac
* Telephony
* Conference
* System & IAM support
In this role you will be placed at the office in Linköping and you will be the one that are responsible for the IT service there. But you will also support colleagues all over the world.
What you will do
To ensure that all our employees can do what they do best, we make sure to help with IT-related client support.
Some of your tasks will consist of:
* Support for Mac, Linux & Windows clients
* Conference Room Equipment Support
* Support via ticketing system, phone, remote, onsite & visitors
* Varied support work for Mac clients and general IT support
* Troubleshooting and problem solving
* Administration in directory services AD/Azure
* Create and maintain documentation
Who are you?
You have several years of work experience in IT Support within a large organization as well as relevant educational background. That you are a team player is a given. You don't see problems but are triggered by challenges and are happy to roll up your sleeves and help where is needed. You have a pedagogical approach and you are fluent both written and spoken in Swedish and English. You enjoy and are good at working self-independent.
