Position Summary:
We are looking for a talented Software Architect / Developer to join the Delivery Excellence Team as IT Development Excellence Manager. You will be supporting all key IT deliveries during design and development. Your focus will be to ensure proposed architecture meets the current and future needs of Ericsson and that the development is done following Ericsson standards for SW development.
As IT Development Excellence Manager, your responsibilities are (but not limited to):
• Understand and support the different IT Solution Areas, work close to them in the design of new solutions or larger changes to existing solutions
• Establish and drive the IT Design Review Board, executing code reviews and non functional requirements/test reviews for key IT projects and IT software releases
• Maintain and continuously improve the IT Development Framework, including Continuous Integration (CI) Strategy
• Collect and analyze metrics in order to drive continuous improvement. Make sure that all IT development and implementation improvements lead to optimizing the end to end IT solutions
• Educate the organization on agile and lean values and principles. Target is to build an organization that is self-learning.

Qualification and experience requirements:
• At least 5-6 years of hands-on development work
• At least 2-4 years as software architect
• Broad competence in software development, from requirements to operations
• Expertise within Software Configuration Management (SCM), Continuous Integration (CI), and Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Lean and Agile methods
• Change & Improvement Management skills
• Global delivery models with IT Service providers both onshore and offshore
• Fluent in English
Preferred qualifications:
• Infrastructure Knowledge
• Fluent in Swedish
The position is located in Stockholm, Sweden.
