We are seeking a dynamic professional to join us as an IT Consultant and Salesforce Lead for System Development. This role combines deep expertise in IT solutions consulting and Salesforce leadership to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and transformative outcomes across our organization and client projects.
As the Salesforce Lead, you will oversee the transition to Salesforce, design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and unlock the platform's full potential. You will optimize workflows, enhance data management, and leverage advanced Salesforce features such as automation, analytics, and customer engagement tools to drive measurable business growth. Additionally, you will oversee deployment strategies, manage system configurations, and promote best practices to ensure successful user adoption and long-term success.
As the IT Consultant, you will lead initiatives in critical IT areas, including website architecture, SEO optimization, cloud integrations, and IT compliance. You will manage social media platforms, streamline organizational workflows, and drive IT innovation to support overall business strategies. By developing robust IT solutions and ensuring seamless operations, you will enhance internal efficiencies and improve client-facing systems.
Salesforce Lead Responsibilities:
Salesforce Implementation: Oversee planning and deployment, ensuring solutions align with business needs.
Training & Enablement: Develop training plans, deliver structured training for teams and clients, and drive successful user adoption of Salesforce, establishing it as the central CRM.
Best Practices: Promote Salesforce best practices and use advanced features to optimize workflows and drive growth.
User Management & Customization: Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, security, and customize Salesforce with objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
Service Cloud Solutions: Design and implement Service Cloud solutions, including entitlements, milestones, SLAs, and contact integrations.
Reporting and Integration: Create reports, dashboards, and integrate Salesforce with third-party solutions and external data sources.
Sales and Marketing Management: Use Salesforce tools for sales tracking, lead automation, campaign management, and Marketing Cloud to drive personalized campaigns and boost engagement.
Data Cloud Solutions: Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud to create unified customer profiles and deliver actionable insights.
Workflow Optimization: Implement automation tools, workflows, Flow, and approval processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure data integrity, lead integration projects, and comply with regulatory standards.
Customized Solutions: Engineer solutions using Salesforce Lightning components and develop advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Training & Mentoring: Lead training sessions and mentor teams on Salesforce best practices.
IT Consultant Responsibilities:
Innovation & Strategy: Drive IT innovation, align IT solutions with business goals, and lead digital transformation initiatives.
Technological Optimization: Lead IT consulting services and support digital transformation for sustainable growth.
Website and SEO Management: Manage website architecture, optimize SEO, and ensure GDPR compliance.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor site performance and maintain a secure web environment.
Social Media & Content: Develop engaging content and manage social media platforms to foster industry relationships.
SEO & Ads Management: Implement SEO strategies and manage Google Ads campaigns to boost engagement and lead generation.
Qualifications:
Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and implementations. Knowledge of best practices and deployment strategies. Salesforce certifications preferred.
Leadership & Self-Motivation: Proactive and adaptable, with strong communication and leadership skills to drive project success.
Solution Design & Requirements Gathering: Expertise in designing Salesforce solutions, understanding architecture, and aligning IT infrastructure with business objectives.
Digital Strategy & IT Solutions: Experience in website architecture, SEO, and managing secure web environments. Proficient in digital marketing and platform optimization.
Education & Learning: A graduate degree with a commitment to continuous learning and pursuing additional certifications.
