Synergi Global AB is an information technology consultancy company specializing in providing support services to organizations working with High Availability systems. We also focus on web development, E-Commerce and VOIP based telecommunication solutions.
Job responsibilities:
• Act as a consultant for customers and implement projects at customer premises.
• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned customers.
• Generates solution concepts to support the sales process.
• Produce technical detailed specifications for quotations and tender.
• System deployment including network, web server and database performance requirements and definitions.
• Produce full user documentation on each system design for Customer and Synergi-Global technical support.
Required qualifications:
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure development. Good skills in computer networks and VMware remoting and virtualisation solutions.
• Knowledge of Oracle database management.
• Well spoken and written Swedish and English. Other languages are an asset.
• Knowledge of telecom and VOIP solutions is a merit
• Experience of working as second or third line support is required.
• Good programming skills in PHP, C/C++ and C#.Net. Knowledge of Joomla and Virtuemart is also required.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering. Master's degree is preferred. Additional certifications are a merit.
