We are looking for an IT-Architect to work with logistic and carrier requirements towards our new global e-commerce platform and our third party system. We are offering you an extraordinary journey with our continued Global Online Expansion, GOE, where every new market is a new challenge in scope and experience.
The GOE Logistics area is part of the GOE program. It is a cross functional, multi-year journey to enable rapid e-commerce expansion for the H&M brand. The platform is built, maintained and operated by an external provider. It will furthermore have interfaces towards several of our IT systems as well as third party systems like Warehouse Management systems, WMS, and Carrier systems.
The GOE Logistics team today consists of around 40 persons with a mix of H&M employees and consultants and the team is constantly growing. You will be part of the Functional Area IT architecture and work closely with the other IT-architects within the GOE Logistic area for Project and Maintenance. The position is preferable based in Stockholm, travel abroad and to Borås is to be expected.
As an IT Architect for GOE Logistic you are responsible for the GOE Logistics solution and how the solution is integrated within the H&M environment, as well as how the solution interacts with other solutions outside H&M. You will work closely with Logistics business, vendors and GOE program. This requires high skills within communication, an analytic mind and an investigative focus.
We expect that you have several years of qualified experience of work with architecture and that you are used to independently drive architectural positioning in large and complex areas with many contacts both internally and externally.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for following strategies and architectural guidelines as well as current state. You need to communicate with internal and external stakeholders from IT and Business, and with our external partners.
• Establish and participate in the development of the architectural solution for collaboration area GOE in all types of initiatives according to the priority and allocation plan
• Take lead and participate in the design of a solution and ensure it is compliant with requirements and business needs
• Document architecture solution and decision and continuously revise this
• Understand business needs and ensure that all involved parties understand the decided architectural solution
• Securing the solutions in projects as well as maintenance situations and contribute to a common architecture within the area
• Report architectural deviations and have a plan how/when to move in the right direction to Functional responsible
• Evaluate solutions from an IT architectural perspective (RFI, RFP) and participate in supplier IT presentations
Your skills
• Experience from Supply chain/Logistics
• Experience from Integrated Enterprise solutions
• Experience from working with external software providers
• Experience from working within a global organisation
• Ability to drive tasks/workshops
• Good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing in both English and Swedish
• MS Office and MS Visio
