We're looking for an Inventory Funding & Reporting Support to join our Financial Services team. You will be part of a diverse team involved in a journey towards a more sustainable future.
The Financial Services team's goal is to provide financial services solutions, through best-in-class partners, which enable and support the achievement of Polestar's sales, loyalty, and sustainability objectives.
This position is based at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time, and support, to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it, of course.
The responsibilities
In this role, you'll be expected to provide administrative support to the Financial Services team in various matters, from non-complex to complex nature.
For example, your responsibilities will include:
• Development and coordination of inventory funding solutions, as well as launching new funding solutions and related process documentation.
• Administration and oversight of both international and market funding solutions, securitisation, and utilisation.
• Administering and documenting the monthly submission and reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinating with financial services partners on the annual or ad-hoc funding line revision, process, and KYC documentation inclusive
• Managing and developing our central financial services reporting platform
Further developing and motivating responsibilities may be added as the role develops within the organisation.
The ideal candidate
In order to succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you'll need to have. We are looking for a self-driven organizational master-an administrative- and service-minded professional who works proactively towards results whilst collaborating in a dedicated way. Someone with a focus on delivering high quality no matter the task with the curiosity to learn and drive to develop.
In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:
• Ideally, several years of working experience in banking, auto finance, leasing industry, or a similar consulting role.
• Post-secondary degree in finance, industrial economics, or similar.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
And of course, a passion for learning more about Financial Services.
