About the traineeship.
This traineeship offers you a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in sustainable business. Your role as a Trainee - Financial Analyst
You will play an important part in shaping the smart energy society of tomorrow, working in a professionally varied environment with a wide range of contact points. As part of our committed and motivated team, you will be working on various exciting M&A and finance projects supporting all of our business areas. You will have a key role in developing financial models for a range of projects, from onshore and offshore wind projects to supporting other areas such as power generation and customer solutions. Our professionally varied environment provides you with the opportunity to network with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborate with project managers to deliver high-quality results. You will also play a crucial part in our CEO 's decision-making process by contributing you expertise and financial analysis.
Your responsibilities:
Develop financial models for equity and projects within finance
Assist in driving projects forward through actively participating in dedicated project teams and regularly meet with potential partners and financial institutions
A broad array of Corporate Financial related analyses
Regular contacts with consultancies, banks, auditors and owner's representatives.
Other tasks based on current business needs and trends

The team reports to the director of Corporate Finance and Analysis and you will be a part of part Group Finance within CFO functions. You will have close and frequent collaboration with different departments within Group finance (Accounting, Group Control & IR, etc.) as well as other CFO functions (Risk management, M&A etc.).

Qualifications
Your qualifications as a Trainee - Financial Analyst
University degree in finance/accounting
Experience in financial modelling and understanding of financial statements
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point)

You effectively communicate with different audiences
You are an analytical individual and approach problems objectively and find logical solutions
You strive to be humble, to acknowledge and learn from mistakes and be open to feedback.

To be considered for our traineeship, you should:
Be a recent graduate with an academic degree or expected graduation before March 2025.
Have maximum one year of work experience.
Be fluent in English. Skills in other languages can be a merit.
Be willing to relocate for possible assignments throughout the organization.
Identify with our principles: active, open, positive and safety.

Location: You will be working in the department of Corporate Finance & Analysis and you will be located in Solna, Sweden
