Background and overall description of the position

Join our team as we expand our presence in the Asia-Pacific region. With a strong network of partners already in place, we're poised for growth and seeking an International Sales Manager to lead the charge. In this role, you'll drive sales, strengthen partnerships, and capitalize on new opportunities to elevate Kährs' position in the market.

Position reporting to: Johan Lundgren, Chief Commercial Office CCO Nordics / APIM

Main responsibilities

- Take ownership of sales results and quotas, driving profitable growth in the region.
- Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations, both nurturing existing relationships and forging new ones.
- Lead and manage remote sales teams effectively, utilizing digital tools for streamlined operations.
- Collaborate closely with partners and their sales organizations across Asia-Pacific.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while addressing customer needs.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness in new markets.
- Facilitate sales conferences and webinars with teams and partners, both live and online.



Qualifications and previous experiences

- Demonstrated experience in international B2B sales, with a track record of success.
- Possess a growth mindset, strong business acumen, and a proactive approach to sales.
- Proven ability to acquire new customers and lead sales teams to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Experience in go-to-market strategies, P&L responsibility, and distribution sales.
- Proficiency in digital sales tools and effective communication across diverse cultures.
- University education and a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience from working in a European organization is a benefit.



Educational background

- Fluency in English at high professional level is a requirement for this role
- Regional language skills are advantageous.
- University education and a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.



Location

- This role requires frequent international travel and offers flexibility in work location.
- Proposed location includes Kährs global HQ in Malmö. Stockholm, Istanbul, or location offering frequent direct flights to Asia / middle east.

Other

- Ability to travel internationally for a minimum of 100 days per year.
