With a combination of tech and sales knowledge Integration Sales exceeds the forecasted contribution margin of each opportunity. This is done by getting as many transaction days in the contract period as possible and optimizing both conversion and share of checkout. Integration Sales are specialists in removing friction in the checkout which improves the shopping experience for the consumer, increases sales for the e-store and therefore increases revenue for Klarna.
Your task will be to manage international integration projects for our largest merchants and partners in a proactive and professional manner. The projects includes front office (webshop), backoffice (ERP and WMS) and accounting system integrations. Since the integration influences the consumer, merchant / partner and Klarna's experience and processes its extremely critical keep the different aspects in mind.
In your role you will work closely with our sales department and attend client meeting. It is therefore very important that you are customer oriented and love to give good service.
Education:
• Completed BSc education or equivalent
• Education in IT is appreciated
Work experience:
• Practical experience in project management
• Basic technical knowledge and logical thinking
• Experience in E-commerce is appreciated
• Earlier work experience within sales or customer care
Competences:
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with a solution-oriented personality
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English
