Poolia is recruiting an experienced and senior International Program Manager to a listed, larger corporation in the service industry. The position is full-time and is based in Malmo.
You will be employed via Poolia during the first six months thereafter you will be offered a permanent placement within the client's organization.

The International Program Manager will:
• run implementation system projects for new countries in Europe. You will start with the U.K. and Germany.
• be responsible for local adaptations to be made and delivered.
• develop and maintain the already implemented systems in Sweden and Norway.
• coordinate and manage all the suppliers' deliveries.
• coordinate the stakeholders' development requirements.
• be responsible for the negotiation of purchasing development outside of the current agreements scope when applicable.
• be responsible for following up the project/s financially.
A typical implementation project will involve 15-20 project members.
Once implemented the system is operationally managed by the local country organizations.
The position requires travelling in the Nordic Region and in Europe (approximately 80 days per year).
The position reports to the European VP for the responsible business area.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, probably with a focus on either administration or engineering, and you have five to ten years of experience from international project management.
You have experience from running complex application delivery projects both from a development and maintenance perspective. It is important that you understand the involved technology from on overall perspective and that you could understand the interaction between applications, sub-systems and other deliveries.
It is and advantage if you worked with larger system implementations either in the delivering or the purchasing organization.
We believe you have strong leadership skills and that you are an experienced coordinator.
You are comfortable in speaking and writing English on a high level and you are used to communicate in English. Speaking and writing Swedish, Danish or Norwegian is a prerequisite for the position.
As a person you are goal oriented and you have drive, a thorough understanding of project management, problem solving analytical abilities and you are business oriented. You know how to make the internal and external customers' everyday easier, collaborate easily with others and you enjoy travelling.
