The Volvo Group International Graduate Program will give you a unique opportunity to gain a holistic view of the Volvo Group and to kick-start your career through international assignments, work in different parts of the organization, networking and professional and personal development. Upon completion of the program, you will continue your Volvo career in the department that you have been recruited to.
Our program runs for 12 months and includes a combination of common and individual graduate activities and day-to-day work at the home company. It consists of learning activities in your home organization, project work and an international assignment.
It also consists of three weeks of common development activities with the global graduate group, meaning you will network with colleagues from all over the world. Common activities in the latest program took place in Sweden, India and the US.
During the program you will gain a solid understanding of the Volvo Group, participate in different training sessions such as diversity, personal development, project management, cross-cultural communication etc.
Quality Leader

Position
Global Technical Service is working with technical support, reviewing reported quality issues and initiating projects to resolve them. Together with the markets deciding the best way to introduce the solutions to our customers. We are working with quality to secure customer operation. We are based in Gothenburg but also have staff in all Volvo Bus Production sites Poland, India, Mexico and Brazil.
Tasks would include:
You will be the center point of communication with the markets on the quality situation.
Leading regular quality meetings with the market companies.
Reviewing new quality issues, and deciding on what needs to be addressed in product quality projects.
Commission, scope and prioritize the quality projects (QJ's and PMR's).
Actively search for quality issues - before reported by our market companies - by reviewing warranty data and other sources.
You will work closely with markets, product development, technical support and warranty personnel. In order to describe the present situation as well as initiate activities to improve.
The position will offer the advantages of highly varied work assignments and the opportunity to work with many different units of the Volvo Group.

Master of Science or Business Administration
Valid work-permit for applied country if not citizen
Solid English skills. Additional languages are given merit
Maximum of two years previous work-experience prior to or after graduation
International experience is meriting
You shall have the mindset to meet and increase customer satisfaction by raising our customers' perception of our product.
Vehicle design is an advantage.
Great communication skills.
Additional competencies
Experience of achieving customer satisfaction by product quality.
Experience in Quality Methods to find project risks.
Experience in statistic analyze of fault frequencies to find product improvement.
