As an International Account Manager, you will act as the bridge of communication between Workwide Group and companies recruiting talent internationally. They believe that working and experiencing life abroad boosts personal development and is good for society in general. Your job will include
Communicating and selling our recruitment marketing services in a clear and easily understandable way
Customer acquisition with LinkedIn, E-mail, Phone and Web meeting software's as your tools
Building your own pipeline and manage your portfolio of customers, as well as handle incoming leads
Researching and understanding the challenges of our customers and advise them accordingly
Being responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Travel for F2F meetings with customers across Europe (ca 1-4 times per year, depending on your portfolio and business case)
Requirements
Native or near-native English language skills
A structured approach to your work
A university degree - preferably in Business Management, Marketing or Communication
Digital native
Hard working and persistent attitude (grit)
Service-minded
Business acumen
You seek knowledge (You're browsing history includes a lot of Google searches starting with "best practices on ...")
