iZettle lets anyone take secure card payments with their smartphones or tablets. The fast-growing start-up was founded in 2010 and currently has approximately 150 employees across its offices in Berlin, London, Madrid, Mexico City, Sao Paulo and Stockholm (HQ).

We are looking for a well organized, enthusiastic Internal IT Support with a positive 'can-do' attitude who will provide a high quality, professional and responsive support serivce to our approximately 130 Swedish employees.

The individual we are seeking will combine their strength in IT with their technically curious mind and initiative, and deliver outstanding service to our employees.

Responsbilities:
Support includes but is not limited to:
Setting up, configuring, troupbleshooting, reinstalling and supporting internal supported devices (computers, mobile phones, printers etc).
Managing Day-to-Day end-user IT Support (lost passwords, wifi issues, Zoom/Google hangout/Dropbox connectivity issues, antivirus support etc.)
Inventory of both software, hardware and email accounts.
Creating tutorials and other reference materials that can help the rest of the organization avoid potential issues.
Engaging in IT projects when needed.

Requirements:
Degree level (IT related) gained within the last 1-3 years.
Ideally a minimum 1 years commercial experience or work placement in an IT role, preferably within a support service environment.
Excellent proven customer service skills.
Confident, friendly and professional personality with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
Strong organisation skills especially the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
Ability to learn fast and take in information.
Willingness to self educate and maintain knowledge levels.
Excellent Swedish & English skills (both written and orally).
