You would be part of the Group Financial Control organisation, reporting to the Director of Projects and Controls, based in Lund, Sweden.
In this role, you will focus on developing the automated controls which mitigate risks in our business processes. You will also be an active change agent in the methodology and the systems used to enhance centrally monitored controls and compliance.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Design, plan and implement automatic controls
• Monitor automated controls and follow up with the different sites until resolution
• Monitor and follow up segregation of duty conflicts using standard tools
• Proactively implement best practice and continuous improvement in the area of controls
To achieve your objectives, you will work in close cooperation with:
• The global and local finance and business process responsible
• The Global Information Management organisation which supports SAP
• The "User access" and "Local security administrators" teams
• Governance and compliance responsible and internal/external audit

You have several years of working experience within finance, IT and audit and have a keen interest in process and control. You are familiar with ERP systems (knowledge in SAP is an asset). You have been exposed to Governance Risk and Compliance systems & solutions in a multinational corporate environment. Your educational background is a business degree or equivalent in Finance & Accounting. Fluency in written and oral English is essential.
