We are now looking for an Internal Communicator to join our HR team at the H&M IT department.H&M's IT department delivers and maintains all IT solutions globally used for Buying, Production, Logistics, Sales and the supporting functions.As our Internal Communicator you will be a part of a large HR function that consists of HR Specialists and HR Business Partners working together to support the IT organization. We are mainly responsible for overall processes, guidelines and tools concerning employer branding, recruitment, competence development, leadership, contribution, health & work environment and labor law.This is an exciting and varied job in an organization that is both creative and dynamic. We value Leadership, Communication and Change Management and believe they are vital for the whole organization.To be successful in this role you have the capacity to act on both a strategic, tactical and operational level. You will be working cross-functional within the whole organization, therefor you need to have great communication- and relationship building skills, a genuine interest in people and experience to drive and motivate change.You will be located at our IT department in Stockholm, Marievik, where we have an activity-based workplace in order for you to have the best possible conditions for flexible and productive work. What you will doDevelop an internal communication strategy - who, what, when and how to communicateAlign and coordinate internal communication initiatives with head office communicationOptimize the use of the Intranet platform as a communication toolProduction of, updating and publishing of material across different information channelsSet a strategy for how to use other information channels effectivelyWork with People Change experts to assist in communication within behavior changeEnsure a common way of working across the organization within the internal communication areaMeet HR customers' needs and deliver HR services in an agile and responsive manner, aligned to H&M strategies and HR service standards Who you are5 years' experience of developing communication strategies in larger complex organizationsExperience in building communication strategies based on Office 365 communication and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Sway, Planner, Stream)Worked with intranet CMS systemsFamiliar with common publishing tools (imaging, video, text etc)Ability to see the big picture, navigate between different stakeholders and drive the communication agenda in a fast-moving changing environmentGood communication skills, written and spoken, in English and SwedishFor questions or more information contact Louise Lindwall at
