Job Description

Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative works closely with Key Account Manager and Sales Developers to advice logistic solutions to our customers as well as acquire new profitable business.

Essential Functions
• Interfaces proactively with customers on a daily basis via telephone and email to identify business opportunities, follow up on existing quotations and close new or existing business deals
• Identifies the customer needs and advices customers with the right product and logistic solutions
• Develops and manages relationship with key partners for growth of our products in their markets
• Performs market and customer analysis to develop sales targets and action plans in collaboration with Key Account Manager, Sales Developers and Sales Steering Specialist
• Supports sales activities by quoting offers and booking shipment for customers and other activities as requested
• Provides quotations/pricing for ad hoc shipment requests
• Provides customer support in claims and complaints to optimize quality of service and customer satisfaction
• Keeps detailed and accurate information of all sales related activities in the internal customer contact database easySales
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned

Education and Experience
• Previous Business to Business sales experience is desired
• Experience of working in logistic/ airfreight / transportation industry is desired
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Communication or related field or equivalent experience
• Fluent Swedish and English

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in a team and support others when required
• Ability to close business and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
