Join our dynamic Sales team at Fagersta Stainless AB! We're seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and future development into sales. As an integral part of our sales force, you'll engage with customers remotely, leveraging technology to build lasting relationships and close successful deals. This is a position that is well suited for you who are at the beginning of your career and who want to step up and develop with the company. A role where you get to grow and contribute your knowledge and ideas.
Responsibilities:
• Manage order administration, communication and customer requests.
• Monitor credit limits and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Management for order planning and stock handling.
• Develop technical knowledge related to products and production processes.
• Collaborate on critical business decisions with management.
• Take responsibility for meeting assigned targets related to volumes, spreads, revenue, EBITDA, and customer service.
Requirements:
• University education within sales marketing, product technology or metallurgy.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel to meet customers (Europe, Americas and Asia).
Desirable:
• At least 2-3 years of similar work experience.
• Knowledge in other languages such as: Italian / French / German / Spanish
