hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Jeffrey Rader AB i Stockholm We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager who will be serving as the interface for TerraSource EU, CIS, Middle East, and Africa region customers through a combination of inbound and outbound sales activities from a base in the Stockholm (Sweden) office.
Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
This role involves interpreting and understanding customer needs related to Capital Equipment and Aftermarket parts, working closely with the EU Sales Director to ensure those needs are fulfilled, and implementing proactive measures to the ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Inbound Sales Activities: Prepare and deliver Aftermarket Parts quotations in response to customer requests serving as a primary coordinator between TerraSource EU Sales, Contracts, Finance, and Supply Chain team members using established standard work methods. Work closely with the EU Sales Director to ensure all Capital Project Opportunities are well documented in CRM (Salesforce).
Outbound Sales Activities: Perform analysis of customer Aftermarket Parts purchasing trend and market share in order to provide proactive quotations and actions for the EU sales organization. This will involve extensive utilization and knowledge of MRP system (JD Edwards), CRM system (Salesforce), and basic analysis tools like Excel. Proactively engage new capital equipment customers in a structured manner to maximize post-delivery aftermarket opportunities.
Perform frequent follow up and closure of Aftermarket Parts quotations assisting the EU Sales Director with pricing analysis, discounting, and direct selling tasks.
Collaborate regularly with other members of the TerraSource EU team in the Stockholm office as well as TerraSource personnel in the United States through both verbal and written communication.
Your Profile
Completion of post-secondary education in a relevant degree program at an accredited university or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written in English (further languages, especially German, Spanish or Russian are advantageous).
Experience and skill in preparing and presenting information to various audiences effectively
Experience in analyzing and organizing large amount of various data with Excel or more advanced methods, knowledge of using mathematical concepts when analyzing and interpreting data, and making sound decisions based on facts and figures.
Experience with SalesForce CRM or similar customer management software, as well es experience with JD Edwards or similar MRP software and general good IT skills (Microsoft Office Applications).
Preferably knowledge of TerraSource machinery and applications within the Forest Products, Mining and Power industries
Ability to travel up to 20% for internal or external meetings
