Working as an Inside Sales Account Manager at Johnson & Johnson is about being and working proactively. Via telephone you'll represent Johnson & Johnson Vision Care towards the owners of optical stores, opticians and store staff in certain specified Nordic Areas. With motivating business targets you will be working towards building relationships and partnerships. The position is located in Stockholm.
Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for ACUVUE benefits and new products to key decision makers. You contact customers via phone and you have ability to gain confidence and build relationships maintain and improve levels of customer satisfaction by telephone. Other main duties are to provide sales updates to customers and ensure joint ownership of business goals. In your daily work you have close contact with colleagues. The CRM system gives you important information that should be shared with customers and colleagues. Important personal characteristics are ability to work independently and energetic, the position has clear objectives for the frequency of contact with customers. Communication skills are vital and required to be able to communicate Johnson & Johnson Vision Cares vision and values to the customers.
Your Profile
• Prefered academic degree in business or similar
• 3 years experience within B2B sales
• Listening and questioning skills
• Ambition and ability to be self-driven
• Good team player skills
• Experience in working independently
• Fluent in Swedish and English, (additional Nordic language is preferred)
