Arboritec aims to expand its business. We therefore see the need for expansion of our sales team. An existing opportunity has arisen within Arboritec, for the position of Inside Sales/ Marketing Support to join our team based in our Jörlanda office.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
• Pursue sales target objectives for assigned territories/field sales managers and conduct long- term sales follow- up to key customers.
• Develop qualified leads for the Export Sales Managers force through outbound telephone contacts, marketing campaigns and provide the Sales Managers with customer, prospect and application information.
• Plan and attend Events.
• Responsible for booking freights and monitoring emails.
• Understand and effectively communicate Arboritec value propositions.
• Track and monitor leads/opportunities, and manage orders and reports using SuperOffice and Visma.
Skills & Experience
• University degree and looking forward to having a sales career.
• 1- 3 years inside sales / business development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
• You are characterized by high energy and commitment to deliver results.
• Ability to work good in a team, interact with them to resolve customer care issues, motivate, promote and sell products to customers.
• Good working knowledge of flooring industry, products, and customers.
• Possess good (telephone) sales skills and business development skills. This is a critical customer contact position requiring good oral and written communication skills including tact and diplomacy.
• Position requires computer proficiency, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with different cultures.
• As a dynamic sales person, you are communicative and good at creating and developing business relationships.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Detail orientated with strong follow-up skills.
