Factory & Warehouse Infrastructure Operation Specialist
We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Operation Specialist to support our Factory and Warehouses in our three locations Tuve/Gothenburg, Uddevalla & Borås/Hällered) to Volvo Group IT in Tuve, Gothenburg.

Quality and continuous improvements out of a LEAN perspective will be essential in this position. In your daily work you will primary work with daily operations including continuous improvement and preventive maintenance of the IT equipment and applications used in production at the local Volvo Plant. Furthermore you will get the opportunity to participate in industrial projects meeting driven by Volvo Group Business entities or Group IT.
Some of the activities you will be working with are:
• Industrial runtime
• Local demands
• Business analyze
• Configuration and installation of factory equipment
• Support and problem solving of factory equipment
• Preventive maintenance & continues improvement
• Quality work and lean management (VPS and QRIT)
• Responsible for 2nd line and final solution
• Project implementations into runtime
About the employment:
Work hours:
• Scheduled time, 2 shift Monday - Friday
• On call 24/7 on schedule
• Available for overtime if needed
Location:
You will work at the Volvo Plant in Tuve, Gothenburg. But together with the team you will also be responsible and carry out work at our Volvo Plants in Uddevalla and Borås/Hällered as needed.

About you:
We believe that you have a relevant Bachelor degree from University studies and we expect that you have at least 3-5 years previous work experience in a similar role. You have a great interest in various technical areas as well as excellent knowledge in computer hardware, software and WAN/LAN. Furthermore you have good knowledge about AD and PC equipment in factory environment. If you have experience from working in projects this will be considered an advantage as well as earlier leadership experience.
We see that you are a positive, structured person who is working with a high service level and like to work toward deadlines. Your proficiency in problem analysis and problem solving will come in handy. Your passion for IT and technology along with your ability to manage and drive change in ways of working and processes will give you a good foundation in your future work.
Important for the position:
• Three to five years of experience from working with technical support
• Three years ' of work experience from IT within factory area/manufacturing industry
• One year of experience from IT implementations/change work into production runtime
• Excellent knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Knowledge of LAN and WAN communications (TCP/IP)
• Experience from working in customer contacts
• Good administration and documentation skills
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Driving license
