Imagine an organization where information is scattered everywhere, where everyone holds on to their own outdated/incorrect information, and where none of the information in the organization meets the business requirements!

Does it make you feel uneasy?

It sure makes us feel uneasy, because at Webhelp we are serious about information management!

If the above scenario made you uneasy this position may just be the right position for you, because in this role you'll get the chance to work with several stakeholders within the organization and ensure that the way we use, store and update content is flawless.

In this newly defined role, you'll be responsible for managing information across the organization and ensure that it's correct and relevant, and you'll do this from the Nordic Support Unit called Nordic Performance Excellence Support (NPES), and you'll get to learn a lot from your colleagues who're experts in their respective fields, such as Project Management, Change Management, Workforce Management, Process Development and Deployment, Reporting and Business Intelligence. This team is managed by Webhelp Nordics COO Arvid Svensk.

Essentially, you'll be setting the bar for how well-oiled the information management machine is throughout the organization. Your journey with us will entail strengthening the information flow, knowledgebase implementation and development and ensure legal compliance on database management.

In this job you'll be a success when you within the first 12 months have... Created a collaborative culture within the organization, where accounts and support units within the organization are keen on using the content available to them, are keeping content up-to-date and are meeting the business needs in the best possible way Gathered information from stakeholders on a regular basis and re-written it into a defined style, ensuring it's clearly articulated and easy to understand and use for all target groups in the organization Established 100% control over the information management machinery through regular reviews, updating design, implementation and development of the overall knowledgebase Taken charge of scheduling regular trainings and reviews of the knowledgebase with relevant stakeholders to identify areas that need to be updated/expanded
Depending on your operational and strategic abilities you'll be a huge success after 18-24 months, when you.. Are contributing to the organization with a value-adding information management function and take part in strategic discussions. Your inputs are well received by management, as you've secured understanding and accept of what you've communicated throughout the past many months Have secured that all relevant stakeholders are using the knowledgebase, and that everyone has the motivation, capacity and competencies to work with the knowledgebase in a legally and organizational compliant way
If you think the above is interesting, you're probably...

• coming from a background in information management. Maybe you have a relevant degree with a few years of experience, or you've build your own way towards being an outstanding information specialist. You're confident in monitoring and assessing information and changes within the organization to identify FAQs that need to be answered in a knowledgebase.

You have a great ability to identify and work with relevant stakeholders within the business, and you're using your outstanding communication skills to motivate and manage stakeholder commitment in terms of updating content on time. You've probably already implemented or maintained a knowledgebase and been responsible for various information processes.

Your added experience in working with Humany KB and/or Information mapping in SharePoint/Office 365/Office products and your fluency in one or more Scandinavian languages makes you even more confident about your match for this role.
