As Information Security Specialist you will get the opportunity to work closely with the business and the chance to follow the exciting projects from start to finish. Here you will act as an expert in security matters and act as the bridge between IT and the business.
In the role as Information Security Specialist you get the opportunity to work broadly, you will encounter questions regarding threats, risks, data protection regulation and other parts of information security. Your network is the entire IT department and you will work with projects that span all of our processes; from purchasing and logistics to sales and finance - all within H&M's global and growing business.
As Information Security Specialist, you have an advisory role in which you train and make recommendations on security issues surrounding new systems and solutions. Your role consists of supporting H&M's business with IT and information security expertise in project and ongoing operation, in both procurement and proprietary systems. You will be part of the information security team of 12 specialists responsible for different IT-related security areas.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Information Security Specialist comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Support the H&M business with IT- and Information security expertise in projects and maintenance work, which may include everything from technical solutions to strategic questions
• Support compliance with IT- and Information security requirements
• Perform information classifications and risk assessments
Support in procurements
• Support in general IT- and Information security related questions
• Clarify the significance of IT- and information security to responsible roles within IT, explain threats and risks, raise security awareness and suggest mitigations
• Contribute to continuous improvement and development of the services within the security team
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• At least 2-5 years of practical experience in IT- and/or Information security
IT governance through methods/guidelines/legislation, ISO 27000 series, Cobit, ITSM/ITIL Swedish Personal Data Act
• IT governance based upon customer's business (e.g. risk assessment, information classification, incident management)
Handling requirements and compliance from an information security perspective
• You are experienced in documenting in both English and Swedish
Knowledge about Security Architecture and a CISSP/CISA certification or equal is a merit as well as experience from PCI/DSS
