NA-KD, a global online fashion company and one of the top 20 fastest growing companies in Europe, is currently looking for a creative and driven Junior Influencer Marketing Team Leader and Analytical Strategist to lead our team of influencer marketers. NA-KD has an annual revenue run rate of over $70 million, with millions of page views every day and shipping to over 130 countries per month.
Responsibilities:
• Recruit and motivate a team of influencer marketers
• Lead influencer marketing initiatives in an organized and strategic way
• Provide statistics and analyze the KPI:s in a considerable way to reach the best possible results
• Constantly keep track of new software and platforms that can help reaching more influencers and improve the workflow
• Scout, build relations and negotiate new collaborations and campaigns together with influencers and managements in order to market our company world wide
Qualifications and Skills:
• Further education in sales and/or marketing or work related experience
• Analytical qualifications and excellent excel skills
• Experience in leading large teams with focus on sales
• Have a lot of energy and ability to create magic in everything you do
• Should be able to communicate and operate both internal and external projects
• Believes in disciplined work mixed with brilliant moments of creativity and innovation
• Can communicate and operate effortlessly in English
• Acts pragmatically, respects deadlines, and understands that no one else does the job for you
• Have a passion for Marketing and Social Media
