YOUR MAIN TASKS
You will be a part of our Nordic Industry Value Advisory team and be based in our Gothenburg or Copenhagen office. The team is growing and currently consist of 6 people across the Market Unit - Nordics. You will report to the Head of Industry Value Advisory Nordics.
You will support our Swedish, Danish and Scandinavian clients, within manufacturing business, transform their organizations to Intelligent Enterprises by collaborating to deliver board-level justifications for large scale transformation initiatives enabled by SAP solutions.
You will engage with client C-level executives on their industry dynamics, strategic objectives and challenges, working with SAP solution experts to show how SAP capabilities deliver desired business outcomes
You will use design thinking, diagnostics and process benchmarking to discover value opportunities, shaping the value roadmap to calculate and formalize the (financial) case-for-change
WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic and curious team player with executive presence and sales awareness to build trust and shape interventions. You need to manage and execute structured client engagements with a multi-disciplinary team. You are knowledgeable on core and supporting enterprise business processes and can deal with ambiguity and fill knowledge gaps by networking and actively seeking information. You are analytical and mastering techniques such as facilitation, issue identification and cost benefit calculation. You use the pyramid principle to develop a clear, structured and high-quality deliverable and delivers crisp presentations to small and large audiences and deals elegantly with objections.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
5-10 years in one or more roles such as:
Domain expertise in manufacturing and/or consumer products
Strategy, business, or technology consulting,
Strategy setting, leading transformation, or P&L responsibility within a blue-chip company - especially in the high-tech, manufacturing, consumer product, retail or energy sectors.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, MBA or equivalent recommended.
Fluency in spoken and written English, Swedish/Danish or any other Scandinavian language
Creative report authoring skills
Business acumen to understand financial reports and build business cases
