Ericsson supply site in Kumla is globally responsible for predevelopment, industrialization and initial production of the next generation radio base stations. We are the link between design and volume production. We make sure Ericsson’s high technology products are manufactured with high quality, in an effective and cost efficient way. Publiceringsdatum2010-03-23Dina arbetsuppgifterIn your position as an industrial engineer you are part of the Industrial engineering organization.
The industrial engineer role is to:
• do measurement and analyze of data and performance from assigned part/parts of the HW MakeProcess
• manage the daily support in the line and process meetings
• define and maintain assembly instructions
• drive internal and external improvement forums to ensure input and feedback from line organization as well R&D ( research & development) and product management
• define, create and implement education activities related to products and process
• participate in NPI/TPI (new product introduction) projects to secure that introduction of new products is in compliance with supply product, process and quality demands for an efficient volume/reference production
• finance ( Routing etcetera)
• capacity calculation MRP/TDM-processes
• balancing and efficiency planning of production lines
• work and develop global solutions together with our sister factories globally
• be the main driver of investments on a technology base
• act as an instructor or teacher for concerned parties or groups
• be the contact person against our production partners for exampel EMS
• supporting the business and establish close cooperation with nearby functions.
Based on the outcome of analyzes, improvement activities shall be suggested and, when decided planned, implemented and communicated to and within the affected process or process part.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You need to have a technical bachelor degree or equivalent job experience.
You should also have:
• IS/IT competence, office, CAD tools (CAD 2009, UG or ProE)
• methods engineering, AVIX, line size, DMAIC etc
• excellent knowledge of statistics, yellow belt level in Six Sigma is preferred.
• result oriented / includes taking initiative, ability to seek and use relevant information, problem solving and creativity/innovation
• have cultural awareness
• presentation skills (verbal as well as written)
• language skills ( fluent in Swedish and good in English, verbal as well as written)
Furthermore, you are service- and open-minded and enjoy exploring new areas. You also enjoy achieving working results with high quality on time and to work with people.
