Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central application expert for the SuccessFactors EC (SFEC) implementation project. SFEC is a flexible, cloud-based human resource information system (HRIS).
The project goal is to implement SFEC and roll out globally. The project is in execution/roll out phase and estimated to be completed end of 2021.
The person we are looking for has extensive experience from several HR implementations and know of best practice within HR implementation, pros and cons with different HR set ups, organizational structure, RBP set up, job roles, etc. The resource will be driving workshops and driving project deliverables.
Your main tasks will include:
• Analyze HR process requirements and perform fit gap analysis between the requirements and the HR system solution.
• Propose best practices and solution alternatives in regard to process design and the system solution design.
• Drive design workshops.
• Translate the business requirements into a solution design
• Perform system configuration per the approved solution design
Qualifications
• You are SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certified.
• You have 3+ years of experience from SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
• You have extensive understanding of designing concepts, principles and guidelines for SuccessFactors system implementations.
• You have experience from large, global organizations.
• You have business process experience
• You have excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English
• You have excellent managing of deliverables, time management, communication, presentation and organizational skills.

We are looking for someone who is straightforward and open minded and has great communication skills. You are flexible, yet structured and a strong team player. You like a high working pace and are not afraid to work extra when needed.
Admission and Application
Full time position. The position will start 2020-12-14 and the assignment is expected to run even until the 2021-12-31 with possibility of extension. In this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client or you can be a Sub-consultant (UC). Submit your application in ENGLISH as soon as interviews are ongoing.
