Now we are looking for support staff for our IT department providing support for key IT solutions and end users in all different organizations at all levels within the company.

You are self-motivated and see it challenging to solve the end user's problems quickly and efficiently.
This is what you do in the IT support at Ericsson
You provide HW/SW support for key IT solutions. You also meet our end users at all levels in the company in their daily work environment ensuring the functionality and availability of Ericsson's IT environment, which consists of well-defined service areas such as laptops, desktops, monitors, LAN, WLAN, print, telephony and video.
We are also responsible for logistics and that our IT processes are developed and monitored.
This is the person we are looking for:
• Minimum 4 years experience in IT Support
• Excellent knowledge of Windows, Office 365, PC Clients, video conferencing and Skype
• Preferably knowledge of Network infrastructure
• Is service-oriented and likes to help IT users in their daily environment
• Is familiar with, and accustomed to working in teams with agile methods
• Likes new technology and follows what's happening in the industry
• Able to talk about technology in simple terms
• Fluent in Swedish
• Have good knowledge of English, both in speech and in writing
• Have a degree from university in IT or comparable experience
