Rudbeck är Stockholms läns mest populära gymnasieskola räknat i antal förstahandsval. Skolan har ca 2 000 elever och över 200 anställda. Våra största program är NA, SA och EK men vi anordnar även EE, ES, HU, IB, TE samt Introduktionsprogrammen. Skolans storlek, popularitet och schemasystem ger eleverna ett mycket stort utbud av kurser, stor valfrihet och möjlighet till många möten. För oss är trygghet, trivsel, studiero och elevernas valfrihet viktiga delar i helheten. Rudbecks målsättning är att 2013 vara Sveriges bästa gymnasieskola avseende elevernas resultat och trivsel. Ingenting ska hända på Rudbeck som inte har betydelse för vår strävan mot en ännu finare måluppfyllelse gällande våra elevers resultat och vår trivsel/trygghet på skolan.

We are looking for experienced IB teachers. Are you somebody who has an enthusiasm for international education and school development? Do you enjoy working with young people as both teacher and mentor? Are you a team player who enjoys the stimulation of working cross-curricularly and theme-based? If so then you could be the right person to join our IB team at Rudbeck.

We are looking for committed teachers who have experience of IB or international education and are used to teaching through the medium of English.

During the academic year of 2012/2013 we are looking for committed teachers in the following subjects:

• IB Psychology, 45%

• IB Theatre Arts, 55%

• IB History, 70%

• IB Extended essay, 10%

• IB Maths, 80%

• IB Physics, 45%

We offer substitute positions and the positions are available from August 2012 or according to agreement. Different subject combinations are possible.

Mentorship for students will be included in your service. A teacher certification is essential as is an ability to express yourself in English clearly both orally and in written form.
