Hydrologist
We are looking for a candidate to join our Hydro analysis department in Lund. The departments already deliver hydrological model results for many major hydro power areas in the world but is looking to expand into new areas as well. A large number of companies all over the world are subscribing to our analysis services.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
• Build hydrological models for European and non-European areas
• Prepare analysis and write market updates
• Search and find relevant hydrological and meteorological data needed for our models
• Be responsible for the meteorological input we use for all our models
• Data handling, data processing and programming
• Customer contact

QUALIFICATIONS
• Higher education in statistics, mathematics, physics, engineering or hydrology
• Strong academic records
• Good command of English (Good command of other languages in addition would be an asset.)
• Proficiency in use of analytical software (MatLab)
• Experience with programming (ex. MatLab, Python, Visual Basic) and relevant
• Hydrological modelling tools (ex. HBV)

• You are analytical and structured, yet creative and able to find solutions
• You take initiatives, are self-driven and at the same time collaborative
• You are reliable, efficient and a team player
• You can communicate, both internally and towards customers
• You probably have a 1-2 years of experience or are fresh out of the University
