to work together with us in an international environment with plenty of opportunities. In this role you will be part of the HSE Governance team that is dedicated to support and drive HSE improvements in a global organization with several office locations, manufacturing's, test facilities and several project- and service sites.
Seize the opportunity to take on one expert role, a key position in an organization that puts Health, Safety and Environment first. This job offers great opportunities to influence both your daily work and our HSE work in the production as well as our Factory Environmentally brand. As Health, Safety and Environmental specialist, you will be part of our HSE Governance department and you will have your main focus on production support locally in Ludvika and Smedjebacken.
Your main mission will be to contribute to and support a sustainable environment. Moreover, you will secure continuous improvements within the Health, Safety and Environmental field and cooperate with managers, Hitachi Energy networks and authorities.

Your responsibilities
Take on an expert role in and Environment, Health and Safety.
Train, coach and support the production organization in Health, Safety and Environmental issues.
Develop and manage the Health, Safety and Environmental processes in Valve assembly.
Secure that we comply with laws, instructions and Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental management system ISO 45001, ISO 14001and ISO 50001.
Implement and follow-up on Health, Safety, Environmental and Energy related plans, KPI:s and continues improvement work.
Work proactively, for example by analyzing and communicating lessons learned in the field of Health, Safety and Environment.
Support during external and internal audits.
Your background
Apart from being a team player with the ability to engage people with sense for structure, you need:
In-depth knowledge and an understanding of Swedish and international or EU legislation in terms of Health, Safety and Environment.
Knowledge of management system ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO 50001.
Experience from similar roles, preferably within the industry.
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
You have Master's degree from a university in Environmental Management, Occupational Safety/Health or Environmental specialist or similar.
To be successful in this position, it is good, when you have working experience from environmental work connected to production/manufacturing/assembly in large companies/industries.
You are able to work independently as well as in groups and you should enjoy working with people.
