We are now looking for an HRIS Specialist to join our international People & Culture team and play a key role in managing and developing our HR systems and data reporting capabilities.
About the Role
As an HRIS Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for HR systems, ensuring smooth system administration, high-quality HR data management, and insightful people analytics. You will work closely with cross-border and cross-functional teams within the Adven Group, as well as with external service partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an international environment, streamlining HR processes, and leveraging HR technology to enhance decision-making.
You will be part of our enthusiastic and innovative People & Culture team of seven professionals, currently based in Finland, Sweden, Estonia, and Latvia.
The position can be based in Vantaa (Finland), Örebro (Sweden), Stockholm (Sweden), Riga (Latvia) or Tallinn (Estonia). We offer a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility between remote and office work.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main user of Adven Group's HR systems, ensuring system administration, maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, training, documentation, and user support.
Oversee employee master data, collaborating with HR colleagues to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Deliver people analytics & KPI reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis, while also performing ad-hoc reports & analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
Support in annual people processes, including people cost budgeting, performance management, and salary reviews.
Participate in various HR projects, supporting our People & Culture team from HR system and data perspective.
Serve as a key liaison between HR and IT, ensuring seamless system integrations and troubleshooting technical issues.
Work closely with Finance to provide HR data and support key financial processes.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Prior experience as an admin user of Sympa HR in an international setting is a must.
Tech-savvy mindset and passion for leveraging new HR technology and automation.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to manage large datasets effectively.
Excellent communication & collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
Analytical mindset, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
