Tele2 Global HR is building a new organization and we are now offering the exiting opportunity to be part of the team with the mission to combine HR with financial controlling functions with the design and implementation of core HR-strategies. The HRBP/Controller will work in alignment with both business and HR functional strategies from a global perspective.

As the HRBP/Controller you will be part of the global Management team for CTIO. You will report to the Global HR Director and have a dotted line to the Group Manager of CTIO.
We expect you to deliver high quality work and that you are dedicated to excellence and have a professional approach. To fit in this role you have excellent communicative skills combined with analytical ability and conceptual creativity.
• **** Key Responsibilities *****
• HRBP for CTIO regarding core HR processes such as performance management, compensation planning, engagement surveys etc.
• Lead implementation of core HR programs into CTIO ensuring an effective, sustainable people strategy long term.
• Within CTIO develop and maintain thorough knowledge of employee related policies, procedures, and practices to answer employee questions, resolve problems and address issues.
• Responsible for career paths development within CTIO, facilitation of cross country people transfer, job rotation and promotion.
• Responsible for the economic and financial reporting for Global HR, including but not limited to budget-related problems, reporting of key HR- and financial metrics and KPI:s.

• MsC in Economy
• Preferably BsC or higher in HR-related fields of study
• **** Work experience/Background *****
• Minimum 5 years working experience within related areas
• Experience of working as a financial controller
• Experience from HR-related practices
